Results / Accomplishments

Registered dietitians and exercise experts at RUSH provide evidence-based expertise and practical applications to teach program participants better eating habits that help individuals lose weight, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, and manage diabetes. Dietitians help to analyze the nutrient and caloric contents of current food intake and determine the nutritional requirements of each person, while also assessing each person's body composition to determine energy requirements.
